民国元年4月,四川成都造币厂奉四川军政府之命,开模铸造“军政府造四川铜币”。文中图片的钱币,一面铸有铭文,顶部铸“军政府造”,币中心铸文“四川铜币”,左右饰以花星纹饰。另一面也有精美图文,背面中央大圆圈内为一篆书“汉”字,“汉”字底有数十条横直纹,因而钱币收藏者也称之为“汉”字铜元。
